The below 360° Walkthrough showing a signalling Switchroom exemplifies what UKSTE can offer its clients. This recent Condition Survey was completed along with Laserscans, Elevations, Floorplans and a Pre-Construction Structure Examination Report to allow our clients to assess the asset prior to nerby construction works. Once the works are complete an additional site visit will be undertaken to assess the condition post construction and a report will be issued highlighting any changes to the structure.

Dilapidated Switch Room (Inspection For Assessment)
The below Inspection for Asessment and 360° Walkthrough shows a Dilapidated Switchroom, the data was collected in darkness with no lighting within the building and no onsite Task Lighting. The Inspection was undertaken along with Laserscans, Elevations, and Floorplans to allow our clients to assess the Structural Condition of the asset and mitigate a response to the possible structural issues when Construction works are undertaken in close proximity to the asset. Designers can use this information to Simulate the stesses the upcoming works will put the structure under and design a solution that will eliminate or reduce the risk to as low as reasonably practical. Deliverables including CAD Sketches, Defect Photos and IFA Reports can be embedded directly into in the 360 images promoting collaboration between discaplines.
