We pride ourselves in delivering only the highest standard of reporting and use techniques that differ from our competitors, we capture brighter, higher resolution Images, even at night. We can also include the following as part of our bespoke service

Enriched Smart 360s, Enriched 360° Panoramic Images give you amazing clarity and detail which allows the client to envisage the structure in full, giving you more information. These can also be presented within our bespoke remote Web Server as a 360° Walkthrough of the entire structure or Project and providing access for Project Staff, Clients and Stakeholders from any Office or Home PC without the need for high end desktops or expensive hardware and software knowledge.

Full Laser Scan Survey of the Asset, we use only the most advanced scanners to capture a point cloud of the asset. We can then Geo-reference this to a Local Grid, or, if required, it can be referenced to OS National Grid, Project Grid or SnakeGrid this can then also be included on the Webserver along with the Smart 360 Images.

Topographical Survey of the asset and surrounding infrastructure to your required specification.

This before and after slider shows Image capture on one of our Examinations using our bespoke methodology.

When captured with an on camera Speedlight/Flash, images can only be illuminated up to a short distance, around 3-5m however UKSTE methods ensures maximum illumination, removing Shadows and Highlights to extract more detail from the image.

The Slider on the right is the shows the original captured image which is then enhanced in house to produce the result on the right. As you can see this allows for greater detail at higher resolutions and less highlights and shadows. We also use this method to produce our Enriched 360° Panoramas.

Typical Images captured at night appear grainy and dark with lens flare and are generally of a poor quality however UKSTE can eliminate this and provide excellent results.

Enriched Smart 360 Panoramas

Using our Enriched Image workflow we also compile Enriched 360 Smart Panoramic Images with the same level of detail and luminosity, providing our clients with a virtual walkthrough and onsite experience that can only be matched with a site visit, even then our own eyes would fail to achieve the detail shown below.

Laser Scanning

UKSTE supply high quality HD Point Coulds using the most advanced Laser Scanners. We can supply these as part of our bespoke service In addition to the regular reporting methods. These provide the user with accurate Survey Grade measurements from the asset and can also be incorporated into our Remote Cloud Web Viewer. The measurements can be taken straight from the browser and does not require high spec computer or laptop to be able to Load, View and Measure. The project team and stakeholders can be provided with access to allow full collaboration.

As-Built CAD Drawings

Our highly experienced Engineers and CAD Team also supply full As Built CAD Drawings for your asset supplementing the reporting and taking our Asset Examinations and Inspections For Assessment to another level. Our team can reverse engineer a structure in a short time to provide you with accurate dimensions . The level of detail achievable is excellent and deliverables can be available in a short time. We can also provide 3D models of the structures to assist with Visualisation and Design purposes.
